Yes, Jussi. Unfortunately they really do that. Most of them are, however, reasonable causes (the website owners clicked their own Adsense ads and such) AND it is sometimes even possible to negotiate yourself back in.
The problem is HUGE, if you start looking at the discussions going on on different forums out there.
